There are situations that require special measures. In such cases, you need to be able to rely on a competent and trustworthy partner. The WELTEC Group can take care of the biogas plant operation as an interim manager whenever necessary, e.g. in the event of insolvency or sudden unavailability or change of the operator. In the past, we have already successfully managed up to 20 biogas plants at the same time.

Our offering comprises technical and administrative operation. With our extensive expertise in all fields of the biogas value chain, we ensure successful plant operation in compliance with the German Renewable Energies Act (EEG). This can be done in close collaboration with on-site personnel or be handled by WELTEC staff. We also take care of problematic biogas plants, returning them to a technically, economically and organisationally profitable state.

In the field of technical plant operation, we take care of all tasks such as feeding and loading the biogas plant, conducting daily checks and performing maintenance work. With the support of our service team, we can react around the clock in the event of an emergency and identify biological process issues in a short time in our own lab.

Our administrative operation covers all aspects of the operational management – from comprehensive documentation to reporting to banks, investors and managers. Moreover, we take care of the entire accounting and liquidity planning and prepare all reports required in this area. Our team members have plenty of experience in the procurement of substrates, harvest coordination and digestate marketing and make sure that all these activities are conducted successfully.
