The family business has been in existence since 1950. Since the end of 2007, the site has been located in Straelen in North Rhine-Westphalia. There, the company grows tomatoes on an area of almost 70,000m². Due to the German weather and year-round consumer demand, the tomatoes are grown exclusively in greenhouses. The state-of-the-art farm has optimal climate control. Most of the required heat is provided by WELTEC via so-called heat contracting.
