Special features:
The liquid substrates are pumped into the fermenter from three reservoirs. The electricity generated from this is not fed in, but is used directly at the site to supply the milking carousels and other facilities. This makes the operator independent of the power grid, whose stability is threatened due to the situation in the earthquake area.
