DIGESTION OF SEWAGE SLUDGE AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER

Using biogas from sewage sludge and industrial wastewater lowers operating costs, reduces emissions, and increases the energy self-sufficiency of sewage treatment and industrial plants. We use bioreactors with integrated gas storage for anaerobic digestion, which is an efficient alternative to aerobic processes or traditional digestion towers. Using stainless steel as a constructing material allows for cost-effective, individual solutions for populations of 10,000 or more that can be implemented quickly and integrated in a space-saving manner. Biogas plants that use anaerobic digestion to process sewage sludge offer an economical and sustainable solution. The biogas produced during this process can be used to generate electricity and heat. The thermal energy can be used to heat digesters or for other processes.
