Your tasks:

• Independent Management and Execution of Plant Construction Projects in Germany and Abroad
• Responsible for Project Budget, Contract Management and Scheduling
• Ensuring Weltec's high quality standards through sustainable customer service and construction supervision
• Hiring and managing subcontractors
• Coordination of internal and external planning services
• Implementation of System Acceptance and Handover to Service

Your profile:

• Completed engineering degree, e.g. in the field of civil engineering, plant or mechanical engineering, energy technology, etc.
• Ideally several years of experience in project management or construction management
• Willingness to travel (at home and abroad) to a limited extent
• Good English language skills (other foreign language skills are an advantage)
• Assertiveness and Negotiation Skills
• Organizational Talent, Communication Skills and Ability to Work in a Team
