Your tasks:

• Management and implementation of installations for plant construction projects in Germany and abroad
• Responsible management of a team of up to six fitters
• Focus: steel container construction (screwdriving technology), installation of machines and components, KU pipeline construction
• Ensuring WELTEC's high quality standards by complying with assembly guidelines
• Predictive coordination of the construction process and coordination with the project manager

Your profile:

• Training as a locksmith, metal or pipeline builder (m/f/d) or comparable practical training
• Very good manual skills
• Enjoy working independently and leading a team
• Assertiveness and a high level of quality awareness
• Basic English language skills
• Car driving license (class B)
• High willingness to travel
• Your place of residence does not have to be close to our company headquarters
