Your tasks:

• Support for our customers during start-up and beyond at home and abroad
• Carrying out tests and approvals of mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordination and monitoring of service activities of our service partners
• Handling service projects in collaboration with our service partners and/or subcontractors
• Systematic analysis and identification of system problems of plant components, as well as development of solutions and their implementation
• Instructing and training our customers and service partners on-site and remotely
• Maintaining partner and customer contacts and customer data, including online monitoring and reporting

Your profile:

• You share our goal of building and optimising efficient plants for renewable energy generation
• Distinctive customer-oriented behavior, commitment, ability to work in a team and reliability
• Good technical understanding and, if applicable, PLC knowledge
• Knowledge of bus systems and network technology
• Successfully completed electrical engineering training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) automation engineering/mechatronics/electrical engineering, a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
